VGF is a personal video-making tool that runs on its owner's own computer. When the owner asks it to, it uploads a finished video, its thumbnail and, optionally, a caption file to the owner's own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API.
VGF is not offered as a service to other people, and it has no servers of its own: nothing it handles is sent to the developer.
